Cars Cake

This cake measured 2 1/2 feet long! A panorama of Radiador Springs. The cake is covered in graham cracker crumbs.

















Lighting McQueen and Fred say Ca-Khing! Happy Birthday to a very happy 5 year old Finley. The lightening bolt is fondant with edible glitter.

Birthday Cakes

I have seven grandchildren and each one gets an extreme cake on their birthdays. This one is Daisy's cake. What little girl wouldn't want this cake? It was more cake than we needed, but I like tall cakes.

It feeds approx. 30. It's a three layer white cake with fondant daisies and doilie. The bottom layer was stenciled on the sides with royal icing.

This is a Spiderman Cake I did for a friend. The buildings are made of rice cereal and the roads are fondant.

Chocolate Chip Cake

In our family we call this "Donna Cake" since it was my sister-in-law's recipe. This cinnamon-sugar chocolate chip cake is totally delightful. The top has the slightest crunch and the texture is creamy.

As you can see there is a hidden layer of cinnamon, sugar and chocolate chips inside. This cake is very popular at one of the local coffee shops.

A whole cake serves a generous 8 people and sells for $6. The cake measures 9X13. Individually wrapped slices are $1 each.

Biscotti

Biscotti:

The word "biscotti" in Italian is the plural form of biscotto, which applies to any type of biscuit, and originates from the medieval Latin word biscoctus, meaning "twice-baked": it defined biscuits baked twice in the oven, so they could be stored for long periods of time, which was particularly useful during journeys and wars. Through Middle French, the word was imported into the English language as "biscuit".

Biscotti makes great party desserts and office meeting refreshments. Sold and packaged individually or sold by the loaf, Biscotti makes great gift ideas with a mug and flavored coffees or a variety package.

Packaged Biscotti will cost $1 per slice. Loaf prices vary.

Jewish Apple Cake

Jewish Apple Cake is a cinnamon-apple cake that is wonderful anytime of year, but especially in the colder months with a steaming cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Real apples from a farm in Mount Vernon make this cake moist and sweet.
